Return period

Our returns policy allows you to return items within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after this period.

Condition of the items

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging.

Exceptions to the return policy

Not all items can be returned. Excluded are:

Perishable goods such as food or flowers.
Newspapers, magazines and periodicals.
Intimate or hygiene articles, hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases.
Gift certificates, downloadable software products and certain health and personal care products.

Additional non-returnable items

Books, CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl records if the packaging has been opened.
Items that are damaged or missing essential parts for reasons not due to our error.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Proof of return

Please enclose a receipt or proof of purchase with the return.

Do not return to the manufacturer

Please do not return the items directly to the manufacturer. Use the address provided.

Partial refunds

In certain cases (e.g. items with obvious signs of use or missing parts) only a partial refund can be granted.

Refund procedure

After we have received and checked your return, we will inform you by e-mail about the acceptance or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be made automatically to the original payment method.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account and then contact your credit card company and bank. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. If all these steps are unsuccessful, please contact us at shop@dessert.berlin

Offer items

Unfortunately, items purchased at a reduced price cannot be refunded.

Exchange

We will only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. For an exchange, please send us an e-mail and return the item to our address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and was sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher. Otherwise, the refund will be made directly to the buyer.

Shipping the return

You bear the direct costs of returning your items. Return costs will be deducted from any refund.
