Shipping policy

Shipping terms and conditions of BERLINCIAGAY® - Dessert Management UG (limited liability)

1. General information

The processing time is 4 business days after receipt of the order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

2. Shipping costs

We offer various shipping options, which are displayed at checkout:

  • Standard shipping: Estimated delivery time [3 to 14 business days]. Costs vary per order.
  • International shipping: Available for certain countries. Costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

3. International deliveries

For deliveries outside Germany, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply that are not included in our shipping costs. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

4. Delivery delays

Delivery times may vary and are subject to external factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or customs delays. Dessert Management UG (limited liability) is not responsible for such delays.

5. Returns and exchanges

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
